This figure is widely referenced across industry analyses. The 2.0% default is a slightly conservative mid-point suitable for Canadian mid-market organizations.

Nucleus Research's December 2025 "WFM in 2026" report found that unified rules and integrated data can reduce payroll errors by up to 95% across modern workforce management deployments.
